What are the first steps of organising a sports tour?
Firstly you should contact one of our specialized tour managers - tours@eplsports.org Organising a tour takes a lot of time and effort and can be very stressful. Our tour managers will be on hand to regularly meet with your team and ensure that your tour will be exactly how you want it.
What is the average planning time for a tour?
It is recommended that you start the planning process anywhere between 6 months to 2 years ahead of time.

Can EPL help us with our fundraising plan?
We understand that most tours are very much dependant on fundraising. We will be more than happy to share any fundraising ideas that are tried and tested by other groups as well as donate signed memorabilia (whenever possible) that can be used for auctions or raffles. As a company, we also work closely with fundraising organisations that can specifically help sports teams.
Do we need to be an Elite team to travel?
Absolutely not! At EPL we cater for all ages and ability levels and each tour is custom designed for your teams needs. We take pride in finding the perfect level of competition.
Can I travel as an Individual?
Players can sign up for the annual EPL tour, which is for players aged between 14-16 years old. Also, there are often teams in need of guest players for certain tours, if you are an individual looking to travel or for more information on the 2010 EPL tour please contact us - tours@eplsports.org
How can we be sure that our tour deposits are safe?

We’ve got a quote from another sports tour company, can you better it?
We are confident that all EPL tours are competitively priced. All EPL tours focus on quality and offer a personal touch. If you’ve received a quote from another sports tour company, we will be happy to try and match it or better it, but will not compromise on quality.
